Biography

I completed my studies in Biomedical Technology in in 1996 with Physics, Chemistry and Physiology as some of my subjects.

From 1995-1996 I worked on a part time basis in a clinical laboratory, Drs Soldin & van Lathem, and was given a permanent position in 1997. I enjoyed my profession very much, but missed interaction with people.

1998 I accepted a teaching post at a small Private School, Edu-College, teaching Physical Science and Biology. I enjoyed working with the children, and in 2003 I was promoted to the Head of Grade 10-12.

I started doing extra Physical Science lessons after hours, and in 2008, I left the school to attend to my own business, called Snap Science.

Since 2004, I have been teaching Physical science extra lessons to many children after school.

2015-2018 I taught Physical science part time to students at Juventus Private school and in 2015 I received an award of excellence from the Gauteng department of education for achieving the highest subject average in Physical Science Grd 12, in the independent school category in the Sedibeng district.

Currently I am teaching extra Physical Science lessons to a great number of children from surrounding schools in the Vaal Triangle.
