These include deficiencies such as inadequate documentation of professional skepticism, reliance on inappropriate evidence, improper addressing of assertions, failure to follow a risk-based approach in audit procedure design, inappropriate sample sizes, incorrect testing directions, and misinterpretations of significant risks and presumed fraud risk.
